It appears that Microsoft is going after people that got their hands on the source code.

Just like the Half-Life 2 source code, it's out there, and it probably will never be stopped from spreading, just slowed down.

I don't have the source code, but I am dying to take a look at it a little bit. Just being a bit precautious, though.
