Signs you are overloaded with work and not sleeping enough

Tuesday morning I got <3.5 hours of sleep.
I went to be @ 7am, and was up at 10.30am because my mother had some people coming to steam clean all of the carpets.
I got to bed at 7am due to having to remove nearly everything from the carpets and put it in the linoleum areas, and then still having to do my schoolwork.

kept an eye on the cleaners and moved other large items around out of the way when needed.
departed 12.30pm for school.

when I got to the mall, i was feeling really dead, so dead that the automated doors to the mall seemed to totally ignore me :-(.
