Webcams

My personal webcam is going to remain offline until I have written my own application to grab images from it. I'm not asking for anything fancy, just a little image grabber that writes a timestamp to a textfile so I can display it easily.

I have figured out how to do it in Visual Basic, but i'm not happy with the performance that it gives me, so I'll have to look at using TWAIN under C++ myself instead.
