Nov. 24th, 2002 03:09 amSo I haven't updated in a long time.
heh.
I've been insanely busy with schoolwork. I should be doing more of it now, but I really don't feel like it. Yesterday I went with
amethest and
ladyartemis and Mayo to see the new James Bond movie. It was reasonable. I think many of the jokes were a lot weaker than they used to be. And some of the other stuff is just not the way it should be. However I do like some of the technology, like the thermo-optic chamflague (well, they don't call it that, but it was originally seen in Ghost In The Shell, so that's what i'll call it).
After that, Marissa and I went downtown to see the great Dr. Stephen Wolfram of Wolfram Research. The worlds richest and smartest mathematican. His talk about his new book, "A new kind of science" rocked. Super high level math stuff, math that makes the head hurt to absorb too much of it at once, but really cool things in it.
Thru this week, i've been working a lot atTechBC SFU@Surrey and NewMIC, and i've had a lot of assignments, that I'm really struggling under. Anyway, I'm going to go back to them now. :-(
