[21:47] <jforman> trance: i was given the excat opposite treatment at my edu. i had a 1hr interview of naming acronyms (tcp, udp, imap, pop), port numbers, etc.then asked about certain problem solving situations (nic link light is out, dhcp vs static IP's, setting dns). and my edu help desk still didnt hire me. i called back and they said "you are more qualified than our call center and help desk manager, we cant hire you"

Dammit. Why do you and half the guys I know up here even all have problems with being overqualified when I'm barely qualified for anything? Dammit! Not fair I tell you!
