Yay! I am done the major demo now. It got quite crowded in the FakeSpace, but the ASI funding people were very impressed with our work :-)!
The main new demo involves a Tactex MTC control pad (http://www.tactex.com/prodMTC.htm), as well as a Linux box to interface with the pad. The software to control the demo also runs on the Linux box, and then everything is displayed on the Onyx. The actual demo has a whole lot particles rotating in a cyldrincal area, and you can impede their flow in certain regions using the Tactex pad.
Steve DiPaulo also did his facial/vocal mapping systems demo, and discussed the role he played in creating 'The Sims'. He designed the FaceLift program, it is all based on his research 8-).
